Small business policy changes-

my policy now to no holds and no customs all must be paid in full upfront or paid half down for time payment with no refunds to trades etc

And paid down deposits for time payments are no refund as well

This is a business not a buddy buddy situation unfortunately yall I can’t afford to make myself suffer for everyone im sorry that my policy has to be strict
