Hey single parent✨

I know “moments” of our lives can seem really heavy, overwhelming, tiring and just plain exhausting. If you been a parent long enough you know it’s nothing but a “moment” Because look at us now!!! Our kids were once newborns, toddlers & we felt the same way then. For me my oldest two are now teenagers, yes b/g twins and I’m HERE☺️Alive and well despite all the negative thoughts, self doubt, cries, loneliness, etc. WE GOT THIS 💯 YOU GOT THIS 💯

Let’s keep it positive by literally taking one day at a time. Even if it has to come down to one hour at a time. The way that sun hits your body on that walk you didn’t wanna do makes a DIFFERENT. That extra SHOWER boosts that attitude. Your FAVORITE pandora playlist…..turn it up LOUD, sing & dance your worries away. There’s something small you can do throughout the day to give you that extra BOOST. I love my single parents, especially my mom’s 🩷I’m here for you and this was just on my heart to lay out today🤎🤎🤎

I know “moments” of our lives can seem really heavy, overwhelming, tiring and just plain exhausting. If you been a parent long enough you know it’s nothing but a “moment” Because look at us now!!!
