I've been infatuated with color for as long as I can remember and am constantly inspired by fashion, interiors, travel & graphic design. I have a degree in studio art from skidmore college, I'm a stylish mother to three grown children, and creating jewelry and needlepoint makes me incredibly happy.

I started both of these canvases back in feb 2025. I finished them in the spring and then took a long time to decide which fabric to use. I went with tried and true, violet silk dupioni and they’re STUNNING! the finisher is a genius.

if you’re interested I happen to have both of these canvases in the shop. I admit to a little color swapping/adding on both and massaging the background of the pomegranate round. both are gorgeous as is and also ripe for personalizing.

remember when the shop calendar said “closed for private event” last weekend?? it was just a cover story so we could head to upstate NY to surprise our daughter Abby after Lincoln proposed. we’re so happy for them both and can’t wait to celebrate!
