Teachers, nurses, SLPs, doulas. You didn’t choose your work to get rich. You chose it because you care.

That’s the one thing I can’t teach. The sleep science and the business? I’ve got you.

Comment TRAINING and I’ll send you a free video on what this career actually looks like.

Make sure you’re following so you get the DM ‼️

You need real practice with real families AND business + marketing training to become a certified sleep consultant who feels confident and ready to charge.

Both things aren’t going to happen and we both know it 😅

If you think about it, what’s really stopping you?

I’d love to hear 🫶

This is one of the most common questions I hear - will people still hire sleep consultants now that AI is so prevalent?

Here are my thoughts on it from inside the industry.

It is WILD to watch my first social media videos back now.

Like not only was I so obviously uncomfortable but also…skills were not there 😅.

What is sleep training?! Why would that ever be a good topic for a sleep consultant account?!

I digress.

I am SO freaking grateful for that version of myself. She showed up TERRIFIED and did the damn thing.

She learned, she evolved and grew her confidence daily.

If it wasn’t for her, I wouldn’t be here today.

You’ve probably had all the same hesitations and fears.

It’s natural to be scared to start something new.

But the ONLY way to get past that fear is through it. You have to start. You have to put in the reps.

I tell my students all the time, it gets easier and easier every time you do it (whatever IT is).

And before you know it? It feels natural.

Don’t let fear hold you back from becoming who you’re supposed to be.

Getting certified is a big step - and if you’re like me, maybe you’re not necessarily thinking through all the things that you need to be before enrolling.

Here are the two big mistakes I made so you can learn from them and take a different route 🫶
