“Will you repair permanent jewelry that wasn’t purchased from Lemon Ladies?”
The answer is… sometimes…
If all that’s needed is a quick re-weld, we may be able to help. However, it isn’t always that simple.
Because we didn’t source the original chain, we can’t guarantee its quality, durability, or how it will react to the welding process. In many cases, we’ll recommend replacing it with a similar chain from our own collection so we can confidently stand behind the finished piece.
Lately, we’ve had quite a few people stop by asking us to repair permanent jewelry from other artists, and unfortunately we’ve seen our fair share of low-quality chains and weak welds. It really reinforces why we’re so particular about the products we carry.
