I have some sad news to share. Today would have been my Frodo’s 17th birthday. It has been over a month since he passed but it has been very difficult for me to talk about. He was my first dachshund and the first dog that I owned. He was my baby boy. We experienced so much in the last 16 years together. He was there for my single years, my wedding, the birth of his human sister and so much more. He and his little brother, Sam were the inspirations for Sudachan. I would run ideas by Frodo when I first started Sudachan. He was such a good listener and was always there with his support and unconditional love. He was a rescue dog, but I feel like he rescued me. I am so grateful for everything he has given me. I cherish my memories of him and his spirit will continue to live on in my work. I get many messages from customers who share photos of their dogs with me. Please keep them coming. Knowing that Sudachan has touched your lives in some way means so much to me. Hug your furry babies as much as you can. Enjoy every minute that you have with them. Happy Birthday, Frodo. Mama misses you. ~Cindy / Sudachan
