This is to inform all of my wonderful customers that ALL items on this site have been handmade by me (the bling, not the actual item), meaning there is a possibility of minor imperfections. Those imperfections may include glue around the rim of attached risen beads and glue residue. I will do my absolute best to remove all, but some will remain to insure the beads and charms stay attached. As any other blinged item purchased (machine or handmade), it is non-sustainable to everyday wear and tear. Excessive dropping, putting into pocket or purse, or massive rubbing will cause gems to eventually loosen and may fall off over time. Just like anything else of value and beauty, please be careful with your item. Great question!

1) With technology advancing so fast now a days, there's a new phone out every few months, which means it's not cost effective for me to keep many different make and model cases on hand. With that, your case is ordered from my supplier the day I receive payment (as well as any other supplies I may need).

2) The case must dry in stages. There are usually 3 days involved in the creation of your case to insure great quality.

3) First come, first served! If I get 7 orders in 1 week, I cannot work on all 7 in 1 day. I have to stay creatively engaged, and not burn myself out! These are the things you learn after being in the business for 3 years!
