When your mom wants to go out and have lunch, but your trying to be good and diet (keto). 🙄

Just ordered a lettuce wrap burger. I did however cheat with sugar (a chocolate shake; which tasted just like a frosty from Wendy's! 🤤) I hadn't had sugar in 3 weeks!! O well! Life's too short not to splurge.

Late Night Dinner Post🍴

Well my friends I am trying out Keto.

There are 2 people in my life that I feel have helped push me to try it. First my cousin who shares so many yummy recipes each and everyday on her page The Keto Granny. [Go follow her😋] And second one of the Dr.'s I work with talks about Keto non stop. He himself lost over 50 lbs and loves to spread the word. I am so excited to see the results and try all new recipes because you all know I love to cook and try new things. I will keep you all along with me on this new journey! 🥰
