A teacher gave a balloon to every student, who had to inflate it, write their name on it and throw it in the hallway. The teacher then mixed all the balloons. The students were then given 5 minutes to find their own balloon. Despite a hectic search, no one found their balloon.

At that point, the teacher told the students to take the first balloon that they found and hand it to the person whose name was written on it. Within 5 minutes, everyone had their own balloon.

The teacher said to the students: "These balloons are like happiness. We will never find it if everyone is looking for their own. But if we care about other people's happiness, we'll find ours too."

One thing I love doing is real estate. This never feels like a job for me it feels more like a hobby or something that I do for fun. Don’t get me wrong I grind my a** of I’m in the kitchen 40 hours a week cooking all these deals up. I’m always learning listening and making hella money. In order to be a coach you gotta be a student. Don’t be afraid to learn and take risks.

WHEN I DECIDED TO GET INTO REAL ESTATE I THOUGHT IT WAS EASY BUT MAN DOES IT TAKE HARD WORK, HEART AND DEDICATION TO GET TO THAT 20/20 VISION OF YACHTS AND BOATS AND MANSIONS 100’S OF INVESTMENT PROPERTIES. SOME PEOPLE COME ON SOCIAL MEDIA ACTING LIKE THE SUCCESS WAS OVER NIGHT (don’t let social media fool you) AND MAYBE FOR SOME IT WAS DUE TO THE INHERITANCE THEY WERE LEFT. MY POINT IS TIME DEDICATION AND HEART IS MUCH NEEDED IN THIS GAME , TOUGH SKIN TOO. I BEEN THROUGH ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING YOU CAN IMAGINE SLEEPIN ON FLOORS COUCH TO COUCH TOTALED CARS FU**ED UP FRIENDS “ friends close enemies closer” BROKEN HEARTS (domestic violence almost died ) AND AT THE POINT AND READY TO GIVE UP TUCK MY TAIL IN AND TAKE MY ASS AND GO ON BACK HOME TO NEW YORK WHERE THINGS “are safe” BUT YOU KNOW ONE THING (AND I SUCK AT PUNCTUATION) I WILL NEVER BE A QUITTER OR A LOSER BECAUSE IM HERE GIVING IT MY ALL EVERY DAY ONE HUNDRED AND TEN PERCENT THE THINGS THAT DIFFERENTIATES ME FROM OTHERS IS THE HEART AND CONFIDENCE AND I WILL NEVER LET A M**O BREAK ME DOWN OR DISCOURAGE ME. FOR ANYONE READING THIS IM ENCOURAGING YOU TO GET BETTER AT LEAST 1% PER DAY DON’T GIVE UP KEEP PUSHING KEEP HITTING THOSE GOALS KEEP DOING THE WORK EVEN WHEN YOUR NOT SEEING RESULTS I PROMISE YOU THAT EVEN IF YOU SHOOT FOR THE GALAXY YOU WILL LAND ON THE MOON AND THE STARS AND IT’LL ALL BE WORTH IT TO THE POINT THAT YOU JUST WANT TO SCREAM AND CRAWL OUT OF YOUR SKIN ! MOMMA I MADE IT!
