Mini Yarn Crawl before the actual Bay Area Yarn Crawl

Hubby and I are going on a road trip over Valentine’s in our new adventure van (we've been planning this for a month).
Since the weather decided not to cooperate today, we've changed our minds and are doing a mini yarn crawl instead. We'll visit all the stores I haven't had a chance to go to yet:

Wish us luck and stay dry, everyone! 😅

PS Don't forget to visit Avenue Yarns for their Knit Night from 5-7pm today. Ksenia of is coming by tonight, and you can ask her all the questions you always wanted to know from a successful designer!

Road trip knitting is the best kind of knitting! 😁

Working on my by and using Sugar Fluff Fingeing from while on our way to Seattle this weekend.

I'm making good progress on this sweater, so I'm thinking maybe I should start another wearable during Melanie's before its completion in October. I have some Perennial stashed for a "Pink is for Power" sweater. 🤔

We will see. What are you working on right now? Let me know in the comments. 💕

It's been a few days since coming back from and what a great experience it was.

I enjoyed every minute of it and mostly the great company. Thanks to for organizing. It was wonderful to meet your sisters, nieces, and friends. I can't wait to do it again!

As you can tell from my haul, I shopped quite a bit, but didn't go over budget (yay!), got all the things I planned for, and a few extras as well. All the yarn is already set aside for projects, so let the knitting begin! 🥰

And a big Thank You to Brandy from for gifting me some Rufus themed stitch markers. It was great to finally meet you in person.

Clue 8 of my Indivisible pattern is finally here! This Yearlong Mystery Crochet Along is hosted by Expression Fiber Arts and the pattern is available for free download on their website at https://www.expressionfiberarts.com/products/indivisible-2024-mcal-mystery-crochet-along.html

This month's clue features a gorgeous cable design. As Chandi explains in her Youtube tutorial "Cables symbolize the beauty of connection, weaving individual strands into a unified whole. They remind us that our lives are enriched and strengthened by the relationships that we cultivate."

Enjoy working on this clue and don't forget to join the MCAL that EFA is hosting on Ravelry (https://www.ravelry.com/discuss/expression-fiber-arts/4292005/1-25). There is still time to join and Chandi has prepared amazing prizes to win. So don't miss out on this opportunity.
