I have always been fascinated by the ocean and the beach, and many of my fondest memories are of my childhood growing up near the coast of Maine. Due to my career as a web designer, I now live closer to Lake Erie (which surprisingly looks like a sea it's that big) but I feel the calling of coastal life now more than ever. I've become increasingly interested in creating my own line of beach and nau

tical themed jewelry using sea/beach glass, based primarily on the things I would purchase in gift shops. After living in "Vacationland" for 23 years, I've come to truly appreciate genuine handcrafted works by local people. While I no longer reside in the State of Maine, it will forever be in my heart, and I am trying to incorporate as much of that upbringing as I can into my designs. My collection of jewelry and accessories is inspired by my favorite beaches of this great country. The sea/beach glass in each one of my designs can be traced to a specific coastal region, and primarily features glass that I have either hand-picked or sourced myself (aka friends and family who also enjoy beach combing). Each piece containing glass is specified as containing sea or beach glass in the design details, referring to the regions in which the glass was sourced: beach glass is from the Great Lakes region, and sea glass is from the ocean (usually the Atlantic, but I've been told to expect a package of glass from the Caribbean Sea in the future). A great deal of my nautical themed inspiration comes from my brother's current service in the U.S. Navy, and I couldn't be more proud to use anchors in my designs to honor him.

Thank you to all of you who supported this little business in 2025, the final tally is in and we were able to plant 141 trees this year!!!

Obviously it was a challenging year, and while our donation was less than half of what it was last year, we're still planting trees for every item sold!!!

To date since I started keeping track in 2021, we've planted over 1,200 trees!!!!

I have a complicated relationship with christmas as a holiday, but I really love the Winter Solstice and Yuletide for a lot of reasons, plus Festivus too 🤣
