RULES FOR SHOPPING
1. No passing. If you are not a 100% sure you want or can pay for the piece do not claim it! Once you claim you are responsible for buying that piece. When you claim then pass somebody else misses the opportunity to have that piece. If you pass on pieces after claimed, your entire invoice will be cancelled and you will receive one strike.
2. Payment. Invoices are sent out every Tuesday night and Friday night. You have 24 hours to pay. I know from personal experience things happen. However, a pattern of paying late or not at all is not "things happening." Please message me if there is a special circumstance. I WILL work with you the best I can!
3. If you have not paid within that 24 hour time frame and you have not personally reached out to me your invoice will be cancelled and the items offered to the next in line, and you will receive one strike.
4. 3 strikes. All of these rules are to make it fair to my paying customers and to protect me and them. After 3 offenses you will banned and blocked and will no longer be able to purchase from me.
5. Fashion fix pre-orders. When you pre-order any of the fashion fix sets or items that is the same as claiming my on hand inventory from a live show or album. I work hard and stress about getting you your pre-ordered pieces before they sell out. I also have to pay for these pieces up front before I even invoice for them. Therefore the rules in section 1 and 3 on passing and paying also apply to fashion fix and will be considered one of your 3 strikes. Fashion Fix items are invoiced when my order is confirmed, approximately the following day after placing my order.
6. Giveaway winnings. We mail out any free pieces with your order, or at the end of the month, whichever comes first. If you have not placed an order with us, any free pieces will be mailed to you at the end of the month.
7. Shipping. I mail out on Mondays and Thursdays. I have a flat rate of $3.50 for each shipping period. If you need an item sooner, please get in touch with me as soon as possible, so I have enough time to ensure your pieces reach you when needed.
8. Contact Information. You are responsible for making sure that all contact information, including name and mailing address are correct when paying your invoice. It will ask you to confirm all information when checking out. Please make sure it is up to date and correct. We are not responsible if it gets mailed to an incorrect address or gets returned to us. If we get a package returned to us because of an incorrect address entered on your part, you will be responsible for postage to resend it to the correct address.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY If you are not satisfied with any item you may exchange it within 3 days of delivery, provided it is UNWORN in the original unopened package. If you receive a damaged piece due to carrier's fault I will be happy to replace or credit you. If an item gets broken within 3 days of receiving, through NORMAL use, I will be happy to replace, credit or repair if possible. Credit will be given or repair completed upon me receiving and inspection of the returned item.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES Once we have dropped it off with the carrier for mailing we are no longer responsible for your package. Anything to do with the package at that point is out of our control. At the time of mailing you should have received an email with the tracking number, if you did not and your package has been lost or delayed we will be happy to provide the tracking information for you. If you need any additional assistance or information on your package we suggest contacting your local carrier office. After your package leaves our hands the dispute at that point is then between you and the carrier. If they need any additional information from us or need us to contact them we are more than willing to help settle matters.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS Please clean your items with a soft cloth and do not submerse them into dish or bath water. If you accidentally wear one of your jewelry pieces when bathing or washing your hands, please immediately remove the piece, lay it on a towel and gently blot any moisture from it and let it air dry. Do not use jewelry cleaners as your pieces may become damaged or discolored. And, if you wear lotion on your hands or take medications, you may notice a slight discoloration when you wear your rings, but that is normal and will not harm you or your rings. For your hair accessories, just use a cool hair dryer to remove any dust. Do not put your hair items into any wet solutions as that may damage them.
