It’s been said so many times how short life is and how fast time moves, life is too short to hold grudges ,misgivings, misunderstandings, etc. there is a friend, relative or loved one who needs to hear from you, and you need to hear from them. Stop waiting for that person to call and take the initiative of calling and checking on them. It may be your last time. Tomorrow is not guaranteed to anyone, the next second minute or hour is not guaranteed to anyone. Trust me, with everything going on in the world today you will thank me for this. Take time to make someone smile, take time to be kind, take time to bring joy to someone else. It’s very beneficial to both ! God bless to all reading this !

Pro Football Hall of Famer O.J. Simpson has died at the age of 76, his family announced in a statement shared on his X account Thursday (April 11).

“On April 10th, our father, Orenthal James Simpson, succumbed to his battle with cancer. He was surrounded by his children and grandchildren. During this time of transition, his family asks that you please respect their wishes for privacy and grace. -The Simpson Family,” the post states.

The season can be quite difficult for those of us who have experienced the loss of a loved one who no longer physically occupies a place at the dinner table, in our circle, to share joy and laughter with, to dial up just because. I implore you not to lose hope. My grandmother often said, life is for the living, so let’s honor them by living our best lives and being our best selves. Don’t shut yourselves in, it’s hurtful to yourself and the ones who love you. Make someone else happy and joy and happiness will overflow onto you. Know that you are cherished and loved by those of us that still breathe and that when we take your last breath we would want our loved ones to continue living and loving even more! In my 63 years I’ve experienced many losses but I find solace in the beautiful memories made along this journey called life. I leave a❤️ and not a👍🏽 always because I truly love you all and pray God touches you in a mighty way and that you’re blessed with the strength to endure all that comes your way! May 2024 find you all extremely blessed with better health, happiness, joy and love! From my family to yours!
