A few tiny experiments from the bench lately.
Hand fabricated flowers and all their little steps- drawing, sawing, shaping, carving, layering, and soldering, to see what kinds of textures and forms emerge. Some of these may become future jewelry pieces, and some are simply part of the process of learning where the metal wants to be. These little studies, the tests, the almosts, and the unexpected successes are such a huge part of being an artist. 🌿

I’ll be set up in the Michigan Marketplace at the Novi Home & Garden Show this weekend, and I’d love to see you there!

One of my favorite things about winter is when my orchids start to rebloom- there’s something really special about watching them come back year after year.

These actual plants (and many of my others) are a constant source of inspiration in my work, and you’ll see their forms throughout my pieces.

This statement ring centers a glowing marquise moonstone, its soft blue light shifting like moonlight on water. Around it, labradorite accents catch the light with flashes of deep aqua and electric blue, each stone flickering as it moves.
Hand-fabricated and finished with an adjustable sterling silver band so it can comfortably fit a range of sizes.
