Making this head dress was a 24 hr process over 2 days.

From Hand cutting the feathers to shaping and painting the. It takes time and effort.

I have never been very good at foam smithing. I have always had help. This was a first that was entirely on my own. Yes totally would do some things different next time. But I love how this has turned out, and I am excited for it's owner to receive it.

Some times letting go of how you perceived your effort changes how it turns out.

Dedication to a goal is where I am at this week I will clock 40 hrs before Sunday.

I haven't seen my cat in a month now. She's been boarded for her safety. The heat is much harder on smaller bodies.

Switched up the diet we will see how this goes this week. I picked up a case of protein shakes in hopes that it would make a difference in the wallet and general spending.

Received notice that they are uping our storage fees. By 170 which puts our storage costing us 400 a month now. That means between 4 bills it's 1400 a month. Car, cell phone, storage, and larp loan.

This is painful. Like really really painful.

I make 1095 per biweekly check. There isn't enough of me going around to be able to make ends meet.

80 percent finish. Have about an hour left of work for this one.

Its flipped now and started pinning the hood sewing this up without a pattern instructions or really a pattern so winging it big time but I am confident in the turn out.

For the last week I have been pushing out ores and ingots for larp these aren't finished just yet. Still some minor work to be done. But slowly I'm winning the battle against prop hell.

Made a pair of hangers today coffin shapes with some crystals. I am happy with them. I definitely need to make some shape blocks so I can turn out a few more. Working in a lighter weight wire until I have some confidence again.

It's been a long time and this doesn't even touch what's been in my storage for years.
