✨Recovering, Reflecting, Rising✨

Last weekend’s rear-end situation was a literal and spiritual wake-up call. A reminder that life’s bumps are just pauses for reflection, not the end of the road. I’m stepping into a BIG shift—shedding the old, aligning with purpose, and fully embracing the 33 years of living, learning, and growing that have shaped me into the woman I am today.

As my 33rd birthday slowly approaching… 33 is a sacred number—a gateway to wisdom, balance, and divine connection. I hear the Priestess Call louder than ever, calling me to step fully into my role as a healer, leader, and guide.

This year, I’m answering with my whole being. It’s time to transform wounds into wisdom, and obstacles into opportunities, and rise as the Siren Goddess I’m destined to be.

Here’s to new beginnings, elevated vibrations, and sacred alignment. 🙌🏽

Recently, I’ve been sensing a deeper aspect of myself urging me to embrace womanhood in a more authentic way. I want to express myself freely, without the constraints of any external expectations or the perceptions I once held about myself. This journey is also leading me to connect with the wisdom of my ancestors, honoring their ways of living and the traditions that have shaped my identity.
As I explore these ancestral practices, I’m discovering the importance of nurturing a balanced lifestyle that values both physical and spiritual well-being. This involves incorporating rituals and habits that promote health and harmony, such as preparing traditional meals, practicing mindfulness, and engaging in community activities that foster connection.
By integrating these elements into my life, I aim to cultivate a sense of wholeness and connection that honors the past while embracing the present. I find strength in the lessons of resilience, creativity, and spirituality passed down through generations. This journey is about reclaiming my heritage and finding balance in all aspects of my life, fostering a deeper sense of self and community.

Learning to shift into the many different roles that I am called to has been very challenging and rewarding. Fear no matter how big or small can create a negative impact if you are not aware of it. Being able to shift in and out of different roles requires faith, trust and consistency. Faith in yourself and that you are capable of achieving your goal, trust yourself to do what you need to do to achieve that goal and being consistent to keep all that you achieved. Having faith outside of yourself in damaging to the god within. When you lose faith in yourself, you tend to seek guidance from others. Everything starts within you. Have faith. Trust in you. Be consistent for you.

We all know that having a great mindset can change the outcome to any situation, right? But what if you don’t actually work on your thinking skills, do you believe they improve overtime on their own?

I have come to learn that the answer is “NO”. I must actively work on self improvement not only to control a better way of thinking but to also improve one’s abundance in their lives.
