Today, I’m at the Lovett Library for a meeting with the Mayor’s Office of Women’s Engagement👑connecting with women who share the same agenda: creating change in our communities.

Saturday August 29th, I joined! I made the decision to become part of something BIGGER THAN ME‼️That’s what we have to do when we truly want CHAMGE 💯 we must get connected, and BE THE CHANGE, get involved and take action.

Don’t just talk.
Don’t just complain.
MOVE. ACT. GET INVOLVED.

Apply the information.
Share the information.
Use your voice.
Do something!

Yes, it’s Saturday, but I made no excuses when it comes to living life, serving others and making a difference.

💜 THANKFUL THURSDAY 💜

Today, I’m choosing to move FORWARD with even more love than I thought I had.

Today is about celebrating my family—especially my cousins. 💜

I want you to know that I love you. I appreciate you. Iesha Cooper I honor you. I celebrate you. Thank you for every laugh, every memory, every prayer, every conversation, every lesson, and every moment we’ve shared. You have helped shape my life in ways you may never fully realize.

Too often, people wait until someone is gone to tell the world how amazing they were.

I refuse to do that.

I’m giving people their flowers 🌹 while they can still enjoy them.

Love isn’t just something we say—it’s something we demonstrate.

One of the greatest
commandments is to love, and today I’m intentionally pouring that love into my family.

I am incredibly blessed to have an amazing family on both sides.

My heart is full of gratitude for every cousin, every aunt, every uncle, every memory, and every generation that has helped make me who I am.

Today, I pray that the fruit of the Spirit—especially love—overflows in my life. May it pour out of me into every conversation, every relationship, and every person I encounter.

The very reason I am EMPOWERED today starts with HER—MY MOM. 💜

My best friend. My confidant. My family’s angel in disguise. 😇 She wants the best for EVERYBODY and never has a bad word to say about anyone.

And SHE is the reason I understand how important it is to WEAR MY CROWN. 👑

She taught me confidence. She taught me to know WHO I AM. She taught me not to allow anybody to make me take my crown off, dim my light, or forget my worth.

👑 That’s where my confidence comes from.

I could go back to Granny… and even further 😂 because this kind of strength runs through generations. But today, I’m stopping right here.
