I’d like to share a little something that has nothing to do with my business or jewelry.
Sitting on the beach last night watching the harvest full moon rise up out of the gulf I am reminded again how grateful I am to be alive, even when it’s hard. I think we as individuals and as a collective are struggling. Life is weirder now than ever and people everywhere are going through giant moments and feeling the uncertainty of it all.
My doctors found what they thought was more cancer. I chose to wait and see while monitoring it instead of going in for more surgery. At my oncology appointment 4 days ago they told me all is ok and I’m still cancer free!!!! This has been a HUGE exercise in staying grounded and calm even while deep in the unknown. This is a lesson that has been hitting me over the head for years and here’s one of my biggest take aways……
In the midst of the unknown and scary and darkness in our world, it is important to keep showing up. To keep the light on during the darkness. To stay grounded and focused on the end result you’re aiming for.
I’m not the only one dealing with heavy things and thought maybe this would be helpful for someone else to hear. Keep shining your light.
I love you. Now.. go hug your people and do something nice for someone else.
