I’m incredibly humbled and grateful to have been named Best Business Consultant/Business Coach in KC for 2026 by The Pitch.

Thank you to everyone who voted, supported me, trusted me, encouraged me, and believed in the work I’m doing. To my clients especially—thank you for allowing me to walk alongside you as you create lives and businesses that feel more aligned, intentional, and authentic to who you truly are. It is an honor to serve you.

This recognition feels especially meaningful because I feel more aligned with my business, my mission, and the people I’m called to serve than ever before. I truly believe I’m stepping into a new chapter—one with a renewed vision, a new website, new programs, and even greater opportunities to help people protect, empower, and intentionally create the lives they desire.

My why started long before I ever called myself a coach.

I grew up watching Oprah with my mom, completely captivated by the way she helped people feel seen and understood. At the same time, I watched my mom work endlessly and put herself last, and I didn’t have the words for it then, but I knew something was missing.

That combination shaped everything.

S Rich Life Coaching exists because I don’t believe life is meant to be lived on autopilot or measured by how fast we can get to the weekend. I believe in intentional living, honoring your energy, and choosing a life that actually feels good to wake up to.

This work is personal for me. Always has been.

As the year comes to a close, most people feel the pull to reflect, reset, and realign, even if they can’t quite name it.

That pull is energetic.

The work I do helps people understand their energy, create clarity, and live with intention instead of running on autopilot.
