Hello! If you've ever had an issue with anything purchased by me, feel free to message me or approach me at a market. I will replace it to the best of my ability for free; if it has a special charm on it, make sure to bring the charm. Please do not go out of your way to tear things apart, my items do stretch, but when they stop stretching do not keep pulling!
