Excited to share a project that’s close to my heart—Carolina Paws, a magazine I designed that highlights the stories, personalities, and charm of animals in our community. 🐾

This piece gave me the chance to combine layout design, photography, and storytelling into something both informative and fun. I focused on creating a clean, welcoming look that reflects the warmth and energy of the animals featured in each story.

This series of photos is an exploration of the design principles that often guide my creative process—specifically line, shape, and texture.

I focused on how subtle elements can create rhythm or tension within a frame: a harsh edge catching light, a repeating structure forming an unexpected pattern, or a soft texture grounding a bold composition. The goal wasn’t just to capture a scene, but to show how these elements quietly direct the way we look at an image.

Here’s a tri-fold brochure I designed for Dr. Jordan Peterson’s recent campus talk. I wanted the layout to reflect both the structure of his ideas and the tone of the event—clean, thoughtful, and direct.

Designing for an event like this meant paying close attention to balance: type hierarchy, pacing, and how each fold guides the reader through the message.

Here’s a new piece I created—a digitally illustrated playing card inspired by the Warden from Minecraft. I reworked the traditional card suits to feature diamonds, iron, gold, and emeralds, reflecting the core materials of the game.

Instead of going with a pixel or textured style, I kept it clean and modern with smooth digital brushes to give the Warden a bold, eerie presence while staying true to my own aesthetic.
