These lovely women came into my shop nearly 2 months ago and told me they were traveling to Ireland in May, and they had a couple of questions! There is nothing I love more than talking travel! We looked over their itinerary, made some changes in their route, and got them on track for an enjoyable drive through Ireland. They took my business card and put it in places like Molly Malone’s bust line, GB Shaw’s armpit (in the National Museum, where they nearly got thrown out!), and the other Bridie’s in Kilkenny! How sweet of them. We talked about their travels - what went well (several of the places we discussed) and what didn’t go so well (driving in Dublin and Galway:-). I am beside myself at their thoughtfulness. I talk travel with customers in the store every day, but nothing like this has ever happened—I’m so elated! Thank you Cheri and Mary Lou for brightening my spirits 💚☘️

This is a fairy glen that belongs to a Celtic healer, Patrick Noone, we were lucky enough to visit a year or two ago.

I'm beginning to feel hopeful of a return to Ireland, because after nearly two years of promoting the latest tours, and cancelling two this year because people are afraid to travel, I think the tides are finally turning. I think people are moving out of their fear and moving forward...

There have been SIX requests for seats on the Scottish tour this WEEK! We're heading over in September, and after this week of amazing tour interest, I believe I will go ahead and plan tours for next year and 2028...the current administration will not ruin my life, and I will not live in fear. Who else wants to travel in 2027 and every year after?
