My little girl is engaged!

This one is extra special. Not only is it my daughter’s engagement, but I had the honor of designing and creating her ring with my own hands.
The same little girl I used to carry on my shoulders, the one who reached for my hand, the one who made me a father... is now beginning a new life of her own. I LOVE YOU !!!

And to my future son-in-law... I hope you truly understand what it means when I say this: I am trusting you with everything that matters most to me. But in watching you, in seeing the way you love her, the way you respect her, protect her, and stand beside her—I feel something every father hopes to feel in this moment... peace.
