Things and Stuff is not explanatory enough? I put all this on one page because I use the Ayizan name for it all. For my mineral makeup I use a different name so it isn't on here. Materials I use? For Jewelry : Anything really. Right now I am posting a ton of cameos because I have a ton of cameos. Making them is a matter of using resin and putting a bunch of pieces together. It calms me and doesn't
make my hands ache. Polymer clay : kills my hands but it's fun to use once you finally knead it enough to soften it. I need a personal clay kneader. -laugh- Animal bones : I live so close to train tracks that my walls rattle... literally. Bones can me really beautiful once bleached and glazed.... Doll Parts : I need old, beat to hell Barbies. And, metals, wire, gears, clocks, watches, beads, shredded cloth, computer guts, things that aren't nails down, paint, charcoal, pencils, sticks, dead insects, glass, mirrors, Sharpies, things, stuff, other things, other stuff, resin, dyes, etc. I am very self critical so a lot of things may stay private.... I'll try and be better about that. Thanks for liking me... well, my page at least. :)
I do want to say one thing about beaded pieces. A lot of people use low quality, crap beads... and some can look really good. I'm not hatin'. However, most of the beads I use are very nice quality, the price I put on the beaded pieces reflect the quality of the beads as much as the amount of beading, time, etc. Pricing varies on animal bones pieces based on type of bones and quality, quantity, etc. For Fragrance Oils : As a carrier oil, I use Organic Jojoba Oil. Other than that, I normally work with 100% pure essential oils from reputable companies. I rather pay more than get something not as good. Bath Products : I stay mostly to Bath Salts and Scrubs. For Salts, I almost exclusively use BOKEK Dead Sea Salts. There is nothing better and you can't convince be otherwise. It comes in a big 50lb bag and is straght from the dead sea. Anyone who has gotten sea salts from me can tell you how amazing they are. For scrubs, it varies but I keep with the same company that sells BOKEK and highly recommend them.
