Means “sun” in Armenian… where I was born.

For decades, I’ve invested in learning~educating myself, attending seminars, and understanding what it truly means to eat well, drink well, and take care of your body from the inside out. Through my own health challenges, I was pushed to look deeper, beyond quick fixes and that’s what led me to herbs, natural living, and a more intentional way of caring for myself from inside out!

I don’t believe in masking symptoms. I believe in supporting the body the way it was designed giving it what it needs to restore, rebalance, and thrive. And those who know me… know how much I love my coffee in the morning ☕ and the vitamins I take because I know what my body needs and all the natural home-made skin care I use.

That daily ritual never left me~I just became more intentional about what I was putting into and onto my body.

That’s where everything began to align…from clean, quality coffee to vitamins and powdered supplements that support energy, balance, and overall wellness.
