Each MPR Jewelry by Meghan Patrice Riley piece is fabricated by hand in the MPR Atelier in Brooklyn, NY by trained artists and metalsmiths. Mixing metals with textile techniques, MPR experiments with classic, elementary materials like miniature bridge cabling, industrial ball chain, electrical wire, safety pins, and fi

ndings mixed with fine metals and semi-precious stones to reinterpret them to create industrial jewelry that is feminine, luxurious, and alluring. The MPR collections bridge design, fashion, and art fields using innovations on traditional fabrication to design beautiful and functional, sculptural collections that find the fashion in art and the art in fashion. MPR has held solo art gallery shows nationally and internationally as well as winning the prestigious Raphael Founder Prize for innovation in small metals from the Society for Contemporary Craft. The fashion collections have been presented at NY Fashion Week and China Chengdu Fashion week resulting in a semi-finalist position for the Ecco Domani Fashion Fund and finalist in the Fashion Institute of Technology’s Design Entrepreneur Program.
