The King’s Garden Party celebrating the 50th Anniversary of The King’s Trust at Buckingham Palace 👑 The King’s Trust has played such an instrumental role in my journey as a young person.

During COVID-19, I reached out and joined The Prince’s Trust Photography Course, which became the beginning of something much bigger.
Through the Trust, I was later connected with a film mentor, and that mentorship helped me direct my award-winning documentary , now streaming on and 🎬

My next film project, 🇬🇭🇩🇲, explores my roots as I tracked down and met my dad and extended family for the first time last year.

I also completed The Prince’s Trust Enterprise Programme, which helped me build my professional brand business. Through this, I now deliver bespoke keynote speeches and workshops on ageing, dementia, and mental health, alongside creating social impact films and documentaries. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with organisations such as the NHS, University of Kent, and the Dominica UK Association — all while continuing my work with 🇩🇲

I’ve also had the honour of serving as a Young Ambassador for The King’s Trust, speaking about film and supporting youth initiatives.

Thank you to for the continued support and for the invitation to celebrate this milestone ✨

Big love to for celebrating the Black experience and community 🫶🏽

More than just a film, this is a tribute to a true humanitarian, a visionary and a cultural moment that shaped generations, and the movement continues 🔥

A piece of work that deserves every bit of credit 👏🏽🎬

I am very humbled by this nomination. It’s no small thing to be listed among the honourees of the Most Influential People of African Descent at 28 years old??

How did I get here Lord? I am so grateful.

It’s been incredible to experience and witness how God has allowed me to unlock a key part of my identity. That journey has opened soo many doors, and I’m continuing to make room for whatever He has in store next.

Looking forward to being back at the UN in New York 🇺🇳🇺🇸  but this time as a Honouree, in the same month that marks the 10th year anniversary of my beloved charity, 🇩🇲.

A decade of purpose.
A decade of becoming.
Kairos timing.

A full-circle moment

This Ghana Independence Day meant something different to me 🇬🇭

For most of my life, I knew I was Ghanaian… but not knowing my dad or much about my family meant that part of my identity always felt incomplete.

I never really shared that story publicly.

But after 28 years, everything has changed.

I’ve found my dad, my brothers, and my extended family. A journey of identity, belonging, and unity not just as a nation, but as a family.

It was an honour to attend the All-Party Parliamentary Group meeting on Ghana at the Houses of Parliament and the Ghana High Commission’s Independence celebration.

This year it felt personal. I felt like I belong.

Happy Independence Day Ghana 🇬🇭

Lots of exciting adventures ahead with and more to come. I give God thanks 🙏🏽

After sharing my story, it went viral! 😱 — over 50K+ views combined on Instagram & TikTok but God didn’t stop there.

He placed it on my heart to go bigger… TEDx. I applied, and then—another TEDx opportunity appears?! And then another one on the last day of the 21 day church fast, to present my PhD research as a TEDx style presentation???

I could literally shiver.

Obedience unlocks rooms.

By the special grace of God, I’ve been invited to deliver a TEDx workshop on Owning Your Voice at Northern University London 🗣️🔥

My first speaking engagement of 2026, stepping fully into my calling — and using my new name (which I will use interchangeably) as I evolve into the woman God is unveiling.

🎬 My first British Urban Film Festival experience, and wow, what a beautifully executed event!

One film that truly touched my heart was — a tender story exploring dementia, identity, and family bonds in Jamaica 🇯🇲🎬 It’s such a powerful reminder of how film can give voice to the narratives of dementia, especially within Caribbean communities.

Losing my grandfather to dementia from.the Commonwealrth of Dominica gave me a deep passion for dementia including tackling ageism and misrepresentation in the media. These portrayals matter — they shape trust, dementia diagnosis rates, treatment, and even political will around implementing national plans on dementia.

We need more stories told by us, for us 🤍 — stories that are culturally grounded and filled with hope. This film is more than a documentary; it’s a bridge connecting families to dementia knowledge and a beacon of hope for the dementia community.

So grateful for this experience and the amazing filmmakers and creatives I met — the connections we make today may speak for us in years to come. 🙏🏾

It’s UN Day! 🇺🇳 Last Christmas, I had the opportunity of a lifetime — interning with the Department of Economic and Social Affairs at the United Nations Headquarters in New York 🇺🇸
Every moment was engaging — from working on dementia policy briefs and meeting with ageing-focused groups to share knowledge and ideas on healthy ageing and inclusion to exploring the UN Library, joining the Christian Society, Ghanian Christmas Social and attending the UN concert.

Today, as we celebrate the UN’s founding on October 24th, 1945, I’m reminded of how relevant its mission remains — especially as dementia is now recognized by the UN as a disability, and initiatives like the UN Decade of Healthy Ageing continue to make global impact🌍
Grateful for the experience, the people, and the purpose that continue to support my journey 💙
