Rendering beef fat for tallow

You ask what is tallow rendering

Rendering tallow involves melting down beef fat (suet) over low heat to separate pure fat from connective tissue and impurities. This is done by finely chopping cold suet, heating it slowly in a crockpot, oven or stovetop for 6–10 hours, straining it through cheesecloth, and storing it in jars. Common methods include dry rendering (fat only) or wet rendering (adding water and salt. Takes about 3- 4 days.

Once done I create my face creams and soaps
Using tallow. Im currently sold out on all my creams.
