Time to get serious 🌊
While I have been spending these last few weeks diligently working on my Spring Custom’s List pieces, I have also been squeezing in bench hours on my weekends to offer you all a “lagniappe” release from my +Sea Change+ Collection from this deep winter.
The first piece, is a new one of a kind of my now classic Rope Chain Bolos, but with a sea infused twist. This piece in particular I had made for the first release, and sad to say cracked the shell I was setting in the final moments of its creation. Which in turn is a blessing because it let me take a deep breath, and revisit finishing this piece and a few others I desired, but didn’t allow myself time to create in the first issue. Which, is sort of entirely inline with the whole ethos of this collection. Taking deep breaths, facing our turbulent seas with openness, and moving forward with intention. So, mote it be.
The Looking Glass Rope Chain Bolo •
An aqua hued piece of sea glass is the main focal point of the piece, looking striking but changing in hue in varying lights. Framed in a stamped round wire border, with a dark patina’d space between, for more contrast. A shimmery and iridescent raw pearl framed in beaded wire below. My classic double strand of double rope chain affixed to the piece, with sterling silver life cast shells as bolo tips. “Sea Change” stamped on the reverse. To honor your radical transformations.✨
The six new pieces will be released to you all this Friday 🌊✨
