I Latonya Bailey along with my husband Alvan Bailey would like to inform you on the basics about our program. This program is designed to bring out the great qualities of our youth today. Our desire is to encourage our youth to take a stand against the corruption in this day and age. We intend to hold discussion forums involved with any troubles they may face. This program will also incorporate re
creational activities such as taking trips, having game nights, volunteering, etc. Along with the activities listed we will also be doing fundraisers to assist with the cost. I Latonya Bailey will be overseeing the young ladies and Alvan will be coaching the men. As the group expands, more leaders will be appointed and discussions will be held according to age. We STRONGLY believe that your child/ childrens issues should be held at the highest level of confidentiality and compassion. We want to ensure that the children feel comfortable and not discourage, also with all the crime and violence happening in our cities it is vital to be more supportive to our youth in order to keep them on the right path. We are trusting and believing in god to guide us all the way, we are also trusting that we have the support from ALL the parents as well. We encourage you to ask us questions, address us with any concerns you or your children may have, also we welcome any new ideas. Thank you for entrusting us with your youth. We look forward to God blessing us in a great way and inspiring his children. Diamonds and Young Men of Unity is on the move ! Diamonds and Young Men Of Unity is a Non-Profit organization under the leadership Of I Latonya Bailey alongside my Husband Alvan Bailey. This program is designed for youths ages 13-17. I, Latonya,Yolanda,Shante will be overseeing the young ladies and Alvan will be coaching the young men. This program is designed to bring out the great qualities of our youths today. Our desire is to encourage out youths to take a stand towards the positive in spite of the diversities they face and the corruption this day and age brings. We intend to hold discussion forums involving any concerns they are faced with. This Program will also incorporate recreation such as taking trips,having game nights,volunteering,etc. we will surely keep them busy, along with that we will be doing fundraisers to assist with most of the cost of the trips to alleviate full payments from the parents. As we approach trip time we will give you further information. As we enter into our discussion forums please note that the discussions will be according to age also we strongly believe that your child/children issues should and would be held in the highest level of confidentiality and compassion. We want to ensure that the children feel comfortable and not discouraged. Being that we are the 4th dangerous city in the world it is Vital to be more supportive to our youth in order to keep them in school and strive to be the best they can be,encouraging them that the sky is the limit and if they apply themselves and stay on the right path Nothing is Impossible!
