Merry Christmas Eve & Merry Christmas from Linda and I ( Julie )here.
You may have noticed not a lot has been posted the last year and especially the last 5 months. I , Julie , have had a hard last few years . 2 years ago this month Dec 2023 I had to fly out to cali and say good bye to my adoptive dad and then the probate from hell began. The probate finalized Dec 2024 but still had loose ends and in the middle of all that I would go see my step dad and I noticed he wasn’t doing well so we took a trip in mid June to spend time with him, we left July first and I had a feeling I’d be back soon. July 13th I spoke to him late in the day checking up on him and July 17th late eve he called me an he wasn’t good, I flew out the next day , long story short he had a major cerebral stoke that left him paralyzed on his left size and yet somehow what I didn’t know he crawled to his phone and it took 4 days, he didn’t get help for 5. I stayed in Cali for 6 weeks to get things ready for him to live with me. Packs up his house and it took us 3 days to drive back and my husband and I are caregivers to my wheelchair bound dad. I have not had time to create and it’s been hard for me for I love it. Caring for my dad is a priority, and I have made a few things time to time since but we canceled two of our larger shows mostly because no product and no one to watch dad. No fear we still are operating just not 30 shows a year anymore lol . Linda loves her new adventure in real estate also so if you need any real estate needs ummm hello lol. We still have items in Wildflower boutique in Kuna and keep them stocked well.
One thing in this process is I like to share, cherish what you have , the people who are in it, heal your soul if you can , life is short as I have experienced the last two years. Love hard , laugh hard and be present, my dad is my present, he fought to be here and I sure as heck make sure it was worth it.
