We are back in action, but with the help of a new face! Please welcome to the Save the Wave family, Maria Beale! 👋

Maria is a passionate middle school science teacher, beachcomber, and traveler, who was born and raised in South Florida. She’s been teaching and inspiring for the past 8 years now and moved to the Myrtle Beach area 3 years ago. When she’s not teaching, Maria will spend time with her husband, sharing their love for the ocean and the beauty of nature around them.

Ever since Maria was a little girl, she was always fascinated by the ocean and wanted to become a Marine Biologist. However, life took some turns and teaching became her career. Her obsession with shark teeth began when walking on the beach one day with a friend. Since then, she hasn’t stopped searching for these treasured fossils.

Maria is looking forward to working on new beautifully handcrafted shark tooth pieces made especially for you!
