Back in 2012, I was commissioned to do a scale belt. It was the first one I'd ever done and I'm thankful that such an awesome lady was willing to be my guinea pig. Today, I got to see the fully finished outfit. She graciously let me share it with all of you.

Many of these things apply to other handmade items too. It may sound cheesy, but most of us that do handmade items really do build them with love. If we didn't love what we do and each piece we make, we wouldn't do it.
