The Rittenhouse Square Craft Fair set up is today! Show is Friday 11-6, Saturday 11-6, and Mother’s Day Sunday 10-5. Tomorrow and Sunday will be especially beautiful and sometimes the best art fair day is the one with a chance of rain (Saturday) because every purchase matters so so much and you get the best views and least crowds. So it’s win win win no matter when you come.

The tiny sparkly’s usually go first, but this one made it to day two. :-) My personal diamond slices necklaces (3) all have this amber black slash in them. I mined Instagram comments to put some testimonials on the site about these necklaces and that was actually a lot of fun, so deep thanks to everyone who’s shared something lovely about these. ♥️

Do you know about Print Clubs? ✨
TLDR: Merzatta is sending monthly art snail mail and would so love to send it to you. ✉️ Our inaugural prints hit the post on May 5th.

Many of our closest friends are scattered around the country and the world, and a hidden treasure in those long distance love stories is the power of the mail.
Maya Kini and I have lived on separate coasts for two decades but have gently hit pause for each other hundreds of times with the opening of envelopes. With care packages and drawings and poems sent by post.

When we travel, Chris draws. I paint. Laurily shares what she’s listening to.
There are parts of our creative lives that happen when the jewelry and music studios are farther from reach—and those are the elements we’ll be sending to you at home.

Two art prints (one from each of us) + a QR Code Listening Link from Laurily. Packaged with love in recycled paper, printed here in NJ on 100% cotton. Both our paper and printing are from NJ small businesses, and this project will be largely handed by that viola playing teenager we are raising.
You know that thing about how small businesses do a little happy dance whenever you support them? Multiply that joy by ten when Laurily sees a web order for Print Club come through! Bonus that it’s a monthly magical moment on both sides.

Chris’s drawing board at home has been bustling as he prepares this months work of you. We hope that by sharing other parts of our art lives slowly like this, that we’ll all make a little more art.
We also hope that getting mail is so great that you’ll want to send that feeling on- that love letters and print clubs and art mail will eclipse Amazon packages in the next chapter of the world.

Ultimately, MERZATTA is the outward expression of our creative family. The print club is our way of sharing art with you in an ongoing rhythm—a commitment to tending the parts of our practice that live outside the jewelry and music studios- and a way we can be present in your world in a tangible way.

Hi friends! When our custom appointment calendar is closed it is usually because we have a wide range of projects that require totally unique metal builds. These take the most brain and studio power and we’re still at capacity (we had previously published a 4/21 reopening, but we’ll be pushing that back)— HOWEVER! We are now open up for Tier 1 custom, which is when TeamZatta helps you find tiny places to drop stones into our existing designs. We love when pieces in the core collection can be the base for sentimental stones- these shapes have endless invitations to play. Have any stones that aren’t living their best life and need to be having a little more fun for you to enjoy them? The little baggie of tiny diamonds sitting in the bottom of your jewelry box? Or in a ring or pendant that doesn’t work for you anymore? Of course we can provide any stones as well- and help place them into core pieces you already own or whichever pieces you want to add to your collection next. ♥️ Thank you in advance for considering our work as home for your stones. I had saved these colorful rings for Easter posting but alas, what is time anyway. I hope you all had wonderful weekends - and that you love these rings! Mostly tourmalines. All the stems are cast from the stems of peony flowers. All the bezels are hand alloyed and rolled 18k gold. And every stone has a sheet of palladium behind it to prevent tarnishing from the silver backplates. Hand stamped with Merzatta across the back. 🤚

Holiday 2026. ❤️ TeamZatta love, colorful rings for breakfast, a holiday wrist stack getting its annual addition, Christmas at home, that feeling when just the right piece of jewelry makes you feel amazing. If we made it, and you opened it, I hope you loved it! And I hope you are enjoying these precious inbetween days!!
