Kids are out for the day and you get ready to work on a painting that you haven’t touched in a year. Actually it’s been exactly a year because I document each session of working on my paintings.

I am not sure what I am doing but I am hopeful to get moving a bit more with the projects (roughly 17 or 18 works) that I have started but have lacked the balance in life to finish up.

Let’s see how far I get today.

Ugh, when you are on the last drawing before finishing an entire body of work and all you want to do is move on to the next series. Why is it so hard to finish something? Perhaps it’s knowing I should probably apply to galleries. I guess I can continue stuffing series of work in my flat file.

It could also be the concussion I am still recovering from, but I can’t seem to find the right colors today.
