Montgomery Gem & Mineral Society has an area at one end of the show every year that includes members using club equipment to demonstrate cutting cabochons and faceted gemstones. A benefit of membership is access to instruction and our workshop with all it’s equipment :) Our club meets monthly, with a meal and educational program. We also hold field trips - tomorrow the club will go rock hounding at the Hogg Mine in Georgia :)

Just a few of the fossils for sale at this past year’s Show 🙂. As the largest Show of its kind in Alabama, if it has to do with gemstones, mineral specimens, meteorites, fossils - anything to do with rocks from rough to cut yourself to finished jewelry- you will find it at our Show!
