It's funny looking back at where this journey started. This video was taken during the early days of our live-selling business when I was learning everything as I went. At the time, Eric was traveling, and I was doing my best to manage live shows, inventory, shipping, and all the moving parts that come with building a business.

Was it perfect? Not even close. But every box packed and every lesson learned helped us create the organized and efficient shipping process we have today.

A lot has changed since then. What once felt overwhelming has turned into a smooth and organized process, and looking back at videos like this reminds me just how far we've come.

I'll also take this opportunity to thank my husband, Eric, for always supporting my ideas, encouraging me through the challenges, and being such an important part of this journey. Building a business is so much easier when you have someone cheering you on every step of the way. 💛

And Eric, if you're reading this, I'm hoping this public appreciation post earns me a little grace the next time one of my "great ideas" creates a little extra work for you!

Larimar is often called the Queen of Gemstones, and every time I attend a wholesale jewelry show, I'm reminded why.

The prices I see on Larimar continue to amaze me, and it makes me so grateful that I can bring these stunning pieces to our community at such affordable prices.

I feel truly blessed to source beautiful Larimar jewelry directly from the Dominican Republic and share it with all of you. In many cases, the prices at wholesale shows would require me to sell these pieces for two or three times what I currently offer.

Miles and miles walked today searching for new jewelry pieces, stunning designs, and unique finds to bring back to our next live shows.

It would be easy to continue selling the same beautiful pieces over and over again, but we never stop hunting for the next special item your jewelry box deserves. We believe every jewelry collection should be filled with different styles, designs, gemstones, and hues that make you feel unique every time you wear them.

Trade shows are not just about buying inventory. They are about knowing how to search, how to spot quality, how to choose the right pieces, and how to negotiate the best prices so we can continue bringing beautiful jewelry to you at affordable price points.

A lot of work happens behind the scenes before a piece ever makes it to one of our live shows, and today was another reminder of how much we truly love this journey. One thing I always made sure to do during my Whatnot shows was raid new sellers. Why? Because I know exactly how hard it feels when you’re just starting out on Whatnot and there are only a few people — or sometimes no one — in your room. Sitting there talking to a screen without engagement can feel discouraging, but every successful seller on Whatnot started somewhere.
Supporting new sellers helps build a stronger Whatnot community, but it’s also important for new hosts to learn how to handle a raid and turn that opportunity into growth.
Here are a few tips for new Whatnot sellers when someone raids your show:
1️⃣ Keep your show moving. Don’t stop the momentum. New viewers just entered your room and this is your chance to introduce yourself and your products.
2️⃣ Thank the seller who raided you while continuing to run your show. Appreciation and professionalism go a long way.
3️⃣ Ask everyone in the room to follow the seller who supported you and bookmark your future shows.
4️⃣ Run a giveaway if possible. Giveaways help keep viewers in the room longer and give people time to connect with your energy and your products.
5️⃣ While the giveaway is running, stay active. Run products, engage with the chat, and keep the room moving.
6️⃣ Introduce yourself and tell your story. Buyers connect with genuine people, not just items.
7️⃣ Welcome every new viewer. One person entering your room today could become a long-term supporter tomorrow.
8️⃣ Most importantly — don’t get discouraged. Every successful seller on Whatnot once had quiet rooms too. Growth comes from consistency, patience, and continuing to SHOW up.
The Whatnot community grows stronger when sellers support each other. Keep learning, stay respectful, and build your show your way.
