Co-creator of Upward Light Boutique alongside Kara of Upward Light Healing & Yoga, and curator of the Healer in Residence program, Shannon’s vision is rooted in blending the intentions behind Upward Light Healing & Yoga and All Ways Evolve into one shared space, bringing together yoga, healing, boutique offerings, creativity, and community in a way that feels grounded, intentional, and supportive.

This collaboration was born from a shared desire to create a space where people can slow down, reconnect, explore healing modalities, and feel supported by practitioners who each bring their own unique gifts.

Through All Ways Evolve, Shannon offers channeled energy work and intuitive guidance to support clarity, healing, alignment, and deeper connection within yourself. Her grounded, nurturing approach creates space for intuitive insight, energetic support, and meaningful transformation along your journey. 💚

✨🚪Something new is unfolding in downtown Mesa ✨

We’re introducing our Healer in Residence series at Upward Light Boutique, a curated weekend experience where one intuitive practitioner holds the space each day.

Before we move into that rhythm, we’re opening the doors for a special Introduction Day.

Saturday, May 16 will be a collective gathering with all of our healers in the space, an opportunity to meet each practitioner, explore their work, and experience the energy of the space together.

This day is designed to feel open, welcoming, and expansive.

You’ll be able to:
– Meet the healers
– Ask questions and connect
– Experience mini sessions
– Explore different healing modalities

The space is designed to feel relaxed and intentional,
a place to slow down, sit, talk, and explore what resonates with you.

Starting the following weekend, we transition into our Healer in Residence schedule,one healer per day, creating a more private and intentional experience each weekend.

meant to hold more than just the moment.

And for those wanting to gift an experience,
there are also ways to offer time and care—
yoga classes, massage therapy, meditation, or energy work.

Simple ways to support, soften, and connect,

I offer one-on-one intuitive guidance and energy work
for those moving through change, transition, or deeper self-exploration.

I also hold weekly meditation classes,
a space to slow down, reconnect, and come back to yourself.

Each experience is different,
guided by what’s present for you in that moment.

This space was never meant to be loud.
It’s meant to be real.

A place for the in-between seasons
when things are shifting, unraveling, or asking to be seen in a new way.

I don’t believe in rushing transformation
or forcing healing into something it’s not.

I believe in meeting yourself where you are…
and allowing change to unfold in its own time.

Through intuitive guidance, energy work, and honest reflection,
I hold space for people moving through change
gently, intentionally, and in their own way.

This is not about becoming someone better or new
It’s about coming back to your true self your divinity.

Sometimes the hardest part… is just deciding to come in.

You don’t need to have the right words.
You don’t need to know exactly what you’re looking for.
Most people walk in carrying something they can’t quite name.

Stress.

Heaviness.

A feeling that something is off… or ready to shift.

And that’s enough.

✨We’re settling into a rhythm that feels really aligned ✨

The boutique will now be open during intentional windows throughout the week, along with special events happening in the studio and around downtown.

You can find us this week:
• Tuesday + Wednesday evenings
• Weekend hours for browsing, connection, and walk-ins

Please note: we will not be open this Sunday, but moving forward the boutique will be open both Saturdays + Sundays 🤍

The boutique is also open before and after all studio classes.

We’ll continue sharing weekly updates so you always know when to stop in 🛍️

There’s a lot unfolding, and we’re so excited to be part of it with you, whether you’re coming in to explore the space, connect one-on-one, or just see what calls you in.
