1. You may click the “SHOP NOW” button and enter the actual online store. Choose any of the fabulous pieces and load up your cart. Check out and wait with great expectation as we ship your order to you. These items are shipped directly from our corporate warehouse. We ask that you have patience with all shipping times due to covid-19. When you shop through my online store you will be asked questions that will help us follow your style. Once created you may shop from there or anywhere on the website.
2. LIVE SHOW or a DROP: Claim word is “Sweet” and the card number with the item shown. (Keep those triggers fingers ready because it is first come first bling). Example: Sweet 15 (This will be associated with item number 15). Please note: We occasionally get carried away and choose phrases of the day or the month so pay attention and be ready. Note: We maintain a limited supply of items so when it is gone there is no guaranteed when or if we will have it again. Our hope, our desire is for you to get the pieces you want to accent “you beautiful”.

4. Lastly if you do not see the red live square button on top left corner you missed me. Catch the replay and please take screenshots of the items you select and send to me. I will check inventory and let you know the status.
5. Once you have ordered please send me your contact information:

• Full Address (physical or postal)
• Email
• Phone
• Type of payment you are choosing (PayPal or CASHAPP).
6. Once received, I will reach out to you regarding payment. You will have up to 48 hours to submit payment. If there is a problem or cannot pay, please communicate that to me and let us see what needs to be done. If you do not reach out within that time frame to let me know I will cancel your invoice. If I cancel your invoice 2x you will only be able to shop online until further notice. (No EXCEPTIONS)
RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
1. THERE are no Refunds only Credits given or replacement items.
2. You have 24 hours from the date delivered to let me know of damage. You will need to submit pictures so that it is clear what damage has occurred and how. (No exceptions).
3. TRACKING WILL BE GIVEN AFTER INVOICE HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL AND READY TO SHIP.
4. Please give 24 hours before tracking items 3. If items have not been delivered on time feel free to let me know after you have contacted the delivery service to ensure there has not been an issue in delivery. Visiting Consultants: 1.
