In October of 2013, I took advantage of Stampin’ Up!’s 25th Anniversary promotion for becoming a Demonstrator – something I had wanted to do for a very long time. The timing to become one was perfect! And, here we are 10 years later celebrating their 35th Anniversary! My love started back in 2005 when I was first introduced to Stampin’ Up! and attended my very first Stampin’ Up! How I so looked fo
rward to them – a time to get together with others to create, learn new things, the fellowship and opportunities for meeting new life-long friends. Ever since then, I became hooked on their products and thus the stamping addiction began! But, it was a lot more than just becoming hooked on their products. It was through Stampin’ Up! itself that brought much more to my life – the friendships I’ve made through the numerous swaps I participated in on the Splitcoaststampers website (actually, one of those friends had become my upline just a few years later!) – Friendships that have become more like a family - And the family grows each and every day through the daily interactions with other Demos from around the world through social media and my amazing growing Blues City Stampers team. And it's even more exciting when we all come together at one of Stampin' Up!'s OnStage events. (to see the fun, check out the link at the bottom of this page!)
There was no question as to why I chose to become a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator – Their Statement of the Heart explains it perfectly:
“To love what we do and share what we love, as we help others enjoy creativity and worthwhile accomplishments . . . in this we make a difference!”
I Love creating all types of paper craft items – Love learning new techniques (constantly learning!) – And Love to have the opportunity to share what I know with others and create new friendships.
