I generally never buy this type of cereal for the kids, but figured I would surprise them tomorrow with a fun St. Patrick's Day breakfast. I plan to add a drop of green food coloring to the milk. I'm sure they will say I'm the best mom ever and quickly forget all the times I said no to buying this cereal!!

Our second project of the day involved creating little rainbow jars. We used small glass ball jars, candy coins(gold at the end of the rainbow), marshmallows(clouds), and skittles (layered to represent the colors of the rainbow). I used some Glad press n seal to cover the tops and wrote a little message with a sharpie on each: You Are My Rainbow. They've already begun snacking!
