Alpacalets are made by mother-daughter team, Judy and Morgan. We use fleece from our own alpacas and alpaca fiber sourced from American farms.

Each one is braided with care and finished by hand — a true fiber-to-bracelet piece you can wear everyday.

Hi, I’m Morgan 🧡
I’m the daughter half of the mother-daughter team behind Alpacalets.

On the farm, I wear a lot of hats. I homeschool my two kids, care for our alpacas in every aspect, and work hands-on with the fiber that becomes each Alpacalets bracelet. I’m involved in product design, make and ship orders, and I also help run our on-site ranch store and farm tours during the warmer months.

I’m the one behind our social media too—so if you’ve seen behind-the-scenes farm moments, bracelets being packed, or alpacas popping up in your feed, that’s usually me.

When I’m not in the barn or the shop, I’m remodeling my home with my husband, which sits right in one of our alpaca pastures—so farm life and home life are always a little mixed together around here.

If you’ve ordered from us or followed along, there’s a good chance I’ve had a hand in what you’ve seen or received. I’m so glad you’re here and excited to share more of life on the farm with you.

Caught Deacon nibbling on the snow ❄️

All of our animals are doing great—warm, well fed, and tucked into cozy bedding in their barns. The alpacas don’t seem to mind the snow one bit and treat it like free snow cones 😆

Meanwhile, the goats have NO tracks outside of their barn at all. I don’t think they’re fans of the snow. Pretty sure they’d prefer to curl up in the house… in my bed 😂 🐐 🛌

In all honestly, we are spoiling ALL the animals as much as we can in this weather ❤️
