Leaders have one of three mindframes.

The second one is good…but wait for the third!

Watch the video to discover each mindframe.

Are you stuck with FOLLOWERS?

Or are you shaping LEADERS?

Leaders who rely primarily on telling others what to do will always need to keep directing every step.

Leaders who ask good questions, on the other hand, draw out the best in their people.

Their teams learn to solve problems, think ahead, and make strategic decisions. They grow into leaders themselves—capable, trusted, and ready for more.

Could you sharpen your skill in asking questions?

Message QUESTIONS to learn how.

Leaders must be experts at delegation.

Did you know there are four types of delegation?

If you’ve struggled with delegation in the past, you might be misunderstanding key components.

Check out the video for the four types.

The smartest leader in the room is not the one with all the answers.

It’s the one who knows how to draw out the intelligence of the team.

A lot of leaders work too hard carrying the thinking on their own.

Not because their people lack ability—but because no one has taught them how to create the kind of environment, questions, and leadership habits that bring good thinking to the surface.

That is one of the things coaching can help with.

If you want to become a leader who multiplies the intelligence in your organization instead of bottlenecking it, I’d be glad to help.

Message me if that’s a leadership skill you want to build.

What if your inventory grew every time you gave it away?

That sounds impossible…until you think about culture.

Some things don’t work like money on a shelf.

Kindness grows when it’s practiced.
Knowledge grows when it’s shared.
Engagement grows when people feel seen.
Creativity grows when it’s invited.

But only in the right environment.

In a toxic culture, those same things get depleted.

Knowledge becomes leverage.
Engagement becomes performance.
Creativity goes quiet.

That’s why leaders can’t just ask for more ownership, more innovation, or more trust.

They have to build the kind of environment where those things can actually multiply.

I unpack this idea in the video.

Watch it and think about what your team is currently multiplying.

This one leadership habit reduces mistakes, boosts engagement, and improves retention—both for customers and employees.

But just knowing it isn’t enough.

You have to practice it.

Want to be a great leader? Start by truly listening.

Listen to…

• Understand
• Catch key points
• Ask questions to go deeper

Pay attention to…

• Tone of voice
• Body language
• Emotions—enthusiasm, anger, sadness, etc.

Avoid…

• Planning your response while others are talking
• Multitasking

Once you’ve listened, summarize to confirm what you heard. Then pause—think—before responding.

This kind of listening isn’t just a skill. It’s a form of kindness.

Walking in faith for your business?

Watch out for two pitfalls:

1️⃣ Unbelief

You say you trust God’s promises…
But your ACTIONS say otherwise.
Faith always takes risks.
Just ask the Israelites—
they reached the Promised Land but froze in fear.

2️⃣ Passive “Faith”

This one’s sneakier.
We call it faith, but it’s really AVOIDANCE.
Instead of pushing through challenges,
we settle for the easy path and pretend it’s wisdom.
Even Jesus’ disciples tried to skip the suffering
and go straight to the crown.

Real faith obeys—even when it’s hard.

What’s your next move?

Do you need to remember a promise?
Or face a challenge with fresh courage?

Most leaders try to solve every problem with the brain they already have.

The best leaders borrow perspective.

They learn from mentors.
They sharpen themselves through coaching.
They step into rooms where other leaders challenge their thinking.
They stop carrying the weight of leadership alone.

That’s one of the hidden powers of coaching and mastermind groups:

You gain access to experience you haven’t lived yet.

One conversation can help you avoid a mistake, accelerate a decision, or see an opportunity you were blind to on your own.

Leadership gets lighter — and better — when you stop trying to figure everything out by yourself.

Tired of excuses?

They can slow productivity and be frustrating for leaders.

Coach through them to teach your people a way forward that they can repeat.

Is there such thing as work-life balance?

Not always. BUT…

We can always BE PRESENT.

🧘 Be where your feet are.
🧘Put your phone down
🧘Listen
🧘Intentionally go slow
🧘Write down your cares, worries, and to do lists so you can let go

I encourage you to seek work-life balance. It takes a continuous commitment and effort.

But there will be weeks and seasons where it’s not attainable. During those times….

Focus on Being Present.
