Tacheny Jewelry We are sisters from rural Madison Lake, Minnesota. From a very early age, we have been interested in making and collecting
jewelry.

It’s rare to catch either of us without wearing at least three pieces of jewelry. Traveling throughout the world and seeing jewelry from different cultures has given us inspiration. Our favorite material to work with is natural stones, many of which have been purchased from our travels, primarily stones from New Mexico, Montana and Ecuador. We also thrive on re-purposing vintage jewelry. Living in

the country has given us a great appreciation for nature and that is reflected in our designs. We hope to continue traveling to gain more inspiration and learn new techniques.

These unique beauties are going down to the Carnegie Art Center with 28 others this week. If you haven't checked out their gallery and gift shop yet, do so soon! Amazing, local talent. This Saturday there will be a reception from 7-9pm for photographer Kay Herbst Helms. I hear they serve wine! :)
