Dolphin in Olive Jade. I’ve been working on this piece for a little while now and I’m happy have it finished up. This piece brought a lot of new challenges with roughing out the initial form and smoothing/sanding the various angles on the border. At times the process was very frustrating, but the challenges along the way make the finished piece that much more satisfying.

Ginkgo Leaf I recently finished up in Siberian Jade. It was a lot of fun bringing this form to life and trying something different. Hung on an adjustable cord with a matching Siberian Jade toggle.

Monstera Leaf number 3! Carved in a gemmy light green Siberian nephrite. For this carving I made a matching Jade toggle so the cord is adjustable length. Very happy with how this came out & very few road bumps along the way!

Hook carving I recently finished up. This felt like a big next step for me and I tried a lot of things I have never done with this one. Complete with a 6 strand braid and adjustable BC Jade toggle. I find this sage color very hard to capture, this is the closest I could get to the true shade.

An intricate line carving in Guatemalan Jadeite with yellow around the rind. Many hours went into this piece and I’m glad to finally have it done with a great result. Now available on the Etsy shop.
