Phew! It has been such a busy couple weeks, I barely even had time for pix… but let me say these vegan / GF lemon cupcakes with Pinot gris buttercream showed up to celebrate several birthdays! So. Good. Hill said she wanted something light and this was my compromise. They may have climbed up into the top faves. Plus I’m obsessed with all things lemon, yellow, or gold…💫🍋🌟🧁💛✨

My brain said s’mores, but my shopping cart said cookies & cream. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Thankfully the request said chocolate, so all good. These gooey, crunchy, chocolaty gems were still enjoyed by many ultra runners. 🧁🍫🏃🏻‍♂️

And by thank you, they sent me two boxes stuffed with 16 bags of sugar products! Now I really love them. 😻 They really have an amazing vegan line with no bone char in any of their products.
