Haven’t posted in a while because I haven’t been doing as much crafting as I’d like to lately.

I’ve been unemployed since March, moved to a new place in June, gone to protests, stayed home and kept distance from most everyone, took a little trip out of state for a few days, and honestly I’ve just been trying to stay sane and healthy. 2020 isn’t going the way I thought it would. Life has been very unstable and it doesn’t look like it’s going to change anytime soon which is stressful. I’m hoping to set up my craft space soon so I can get back to creating more pieces. Stay tuned for that!

Anyway, I thought I’d share a photo that my mom sent me this morning from when I was selling my crocheted goodies at the Día de los Mu***os Festival way back in 2014!

That event was the first time I publicly sold my handmade crochet pieces and it was such an eye opening experience. A lot of work goes into these events and it showed me that I have to be even more prepared the next time I do it, whenever that may be.
