I was thinking that I need to let you know about some jewelry that I will have on display for the Arkansas Craft Guild Christmas Showcase https://www.facebook.com/ChristmasShowcase/ in Little Rock from December 5 through December 7 at the Hall of Industry. I had lots of fun teaching a Casting Workshop at the Windgate Museum School/AMFA. The students created a variety of pieces casted in Cuttlebone, Sand, Broom, and Water.

First August weekend, I was at the Columbus Glass Art Center to teach a summer intensive jewelry making technique class. We had lots of fun, seeing old friends, and making new new friends.
Here are the wonderful pieces of jewelry my students created during those 3 days. We etched copper, hammered pattern on metal, learned how to set a faceted stone in prong setting, made metal beads, and learned how to make a simple prong setting for glass art. I am looking forward to go back next summer.
