Baby hair pendants for a returning client 💕

The same mama who got the tree pendant came back to have a few more made. Wanted to go for a more dainty look, so after browsing options she settled on the teardrop base seen below 💙🩷 one in blue and another in pink, with the little ones initial included. Both sets are rose gold plated .925 sterling silver ✨️

Beautiful pendant made for a mama who's little one decided it was time for a hair cut, and took matters into her own little hands 🥲💕 This piece was made as a reminder of that memory, and of the times they're still little and learning 💕

After some back and forth brainstorming ideas, the glitter tree was settled on as the favorite, and I did my best to replicate the inspo picture 🫶 purple glitter was requested, we added the little ones initial, and went with a white back ground to make the babies light brown hair pop 💕

Let's talk tester stones! 🫶

When working with me, I'll keep you updated on every aspect of the creating process, from the arrival or delays of shipping as your base items get to me, all the way to me making the stone (if applicable).

When making stones, resin can have a mind of its own regarding how it fills the mold, I have two I mainly use - one for tear drop stones, and another for oval, both are listed among the pictures below. Between the two option of stone shape, you also have the option of the stone being smooth, or faceted. Shape and texture can affect the colors and look of the piece greatly! Which is why before I place a stone, I'll spend a little while working with your idea, to see how the resin will react.

Using the last ring I posted as an example, this color melt took me a little bit to figure out some of the colors came out too sharp against the white, in others the colors blended too much, some there wasn't enough color - you get the point. Once I get to a point where I have a few slightly different ones to choose from, I'll send you photos of all of them, like the ones below.

These tester stones do not effect the price of your piece, as I tend to mix a little more than I need to get the perfect stone for you, and the breastmilk, ashes, or whatever the inclusion may be is too precious to waste. If the inclusion is breastmilk, like this one was, then I'll always have left over preserved milk - which gets labeled with your name and the date it was preserved, and I keep it tucked away for safe keeping just in case you ever reach back out for repair, replacement, or a new piece.

I can keep these tester stones with me should you like, but I like to include them in a sealed little bottle for you to take with you, just as a little momento to remember working with me 🫶 Also included a photo of the blank ring base for this ring, to have a visual example of what I mean when I say that.

Sterling silver breastmilk pendant, the second piece from a set of two ♡ I posted the gold one just before this. I'll post the photos of this one in the comments ♡

**this is my usual set up for making flat backed pendants like this, my trusty silicone tray to keep the pendant from sliding around while I work, and the blue backing is resin tape; it allows light to pass through the back so both sides can cure, keeps the resin from leaking from the pendant, and peels off easily, leaving no reside on the backing ✨️ only explaining it as it might make an appearance in quite a few photos ♡

Reach out to me via dm, text, email - whichever form of contact you have for me. In your message please include :

• Item you're looking to get - I offer necklaces & pendants, rings, earrings, and memory blocks. Interested in something else? Just ask!

• What your insert is - i.e breastmilk, ashes, hair, fabric scraps, lace, pregnant test cap, photos (for memory blocks), dried flower petals, etc.

• Budget - I can work with you! ♡

• Extra specifics - Jewlery type, metal type, stone shape, colors or glitters added, ring size, etc. This is basically for any specifics you want made to your piece.

• Inspiration pictures - please send me photos of either jewlery you already wear, or the style that you most enjoy! I create the stone, and source my bases through another shop to insert them into. In order to narrow down the hundreds of options, it's easiest if you provide me with examples to go off of ☺️

Once we've gone through the process of narrowing down options and landed on something you like, I'll give you a quote that reflects the materials used, and my time. Once paid, I'll order all nessessary items to make your piece (if applicable), and keep you updated throughout the shipping to me, and the creating process on my end. If for jewlery I'll get your input on test stones made, and what you'd like to change or adjust for the final one that ends up in your piece 💕 For memory blocks, I'll get your opinion on photo, flower, or other insert placements 🫶 **Breastmilk pieces will always have an extra small charge to account for the solution I need to sterilize and preserve the milk to make it usable. I cannot make a breastmilk piece without it**
