Seven Cedars Butcher Block for the great afternoon snack.

What a day!!

Historic Lebanon Main Street Farm to Table dinner was one full of great times.

It was hot, it was fast and it was AWESOME.

My boys, Chad and AK stepped us as the best sous chefs in the game.

Shout out to Seven Cedars Butcher Block for the pork and NY strips and Denney Farms for the chicken. It’s easy to make good food when you start with quality ingredients.

Our menu items were
Fig glazed burnt ends
Smoked chicken with strawberry jalapeno drizzle
NY strip with Tn Dirt and chimichurri
Honey bourbon carrots over whipped feta

Copious amounts of Meat Candy and Tn Dirt helped season everything up.
